Entering Competitions

Entering one of our competitions is easy. You just need to register or log into your account, then follow the 3 easy steps:
  • Select a competition to enter
  • Either purchase a ticket or send a free postal entry.
  • Receive your ticket and wait for the live draw.

You may enter the competition, by post, for free. Send your entry by first or second-class post to the promoter at the following address:

The competition is open to all residents in the UK, aged 18 years or over, except members of the immediate families or households of the promoter. Any further restrictions on specific competitions will be outlined in the respective competition information page.

We prioritise the security of your financial information. When you make a payment on our website, your information is transmitted using secure encryption. We do not store any of your billing information on our servers.

During the Competition

Our competitions will last for a fixed amount of time. This time is set at the start of any competition going live.

For more information on specific competitions, please visit the respective information page.

Each competition will usually be drawn automatically or Live via social media channels. This will take place at the specified competition draw time.

You will receive a site notification, which you can then click on to view more information on your win. You will also be contacted via email to confirm your win.

Winners will be announced on the previous winners page and our home page.

If you instantly win a prize, you will receive a notification on the site, as well as an email confirmation.

You can instantly withdraw your prize(s) using your customer dashboard.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure all of your information is accurate and up-to-date.
Winning a Prize

If you have won a cash prize, the funds will be sent to your nominated bank account. If you have won a physical item or voucher, delivery will be arranged with you separately.

Unless specified, we aim to only provide the prize as advertised in the competition information. However, we may decide to offer you a cash alternative or voucher instead of the prize, this is entirely at our discretion and will be available to view on the respective competition page

Images may be used for promotional and marketing materials. If this is something you do not want to be featured in then please let us know.

We may take photos during the receipt of an in-person delivery. This may be used in advertisements and social media posts.

No. The winner of the competition is the only person who can claim the prize.

We will contact the winner of a competition using the registered email and/or phone number. If we are unable to reach the winner within 28 days of the competition's end, we reserve the right to award that prize in a different promotion.
